  I have call the sales number twice and I get the operator asking what department I would like. I told here Audi sales. Twice I was connected to Audi service and they switched me to sales. the first time someone answered and I ask if they had a A3 Sport-back E-tron. I was informed that there where no sales people to take my call and to leave my number. I didn't leave my number as I don't want to get sales call's from Audi. I wanted to know if they had a model I could look at. I told him I would call back. The second time I called the sales department didn't answer and I didn't leave a message. Is this what you call customer service? Not having anyone that can answer your question on what they have in inventory? As I travel across country and overseas I don't need to by from them I can order it overseas and have it shipped there and don't need to deal with them. As I am going to Kuwait soon that is what I will do and cut out the middle man. WAIT! they didn't have one.

  Have been to this dealership numerous times And have always got top notch professional service from Ashley, Ricky, and Franco. Great people and they help answer any of your service questions or get you into your new Audi. Definitely recommend.

  Wonderful selection of vehicles if you are looking for an Audi. Unfortunately the sales people leave much to wish for in the customer service department. Time to step up your game if you really make a sale. Will be purchasing at out of town agency.

  The entire staff at this dealership spoiled me rotten. It took approximately two months for me to figure out exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Every single person in the organization made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Everyone went to exceptional lengths to explain every single step of the process and were just absolutely beyond reproach. I don't think I have ever been treated this well in a vehicle purchase situation. I will say I have been to some awesome dealerships, but this one is special. Well Done All!!!

  Audi El Paso is the best! They always take such good care of us. The cars are amazing and speak for themselves. What makes Audi El Paso so special are the sales and service teams. Daniel helped us find the perfect car over a year ago. To this day every time we come in for service on either of our cars Daniel is there to greet us with a smile. Ashley is always friendly and is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to scheduling services. They are detail oriented and make every visit with them a great experience. I highly recommend Audi El Paso!
