  We loved staying here. The room was nice and the location was perfect for us. The front desk staff and the Bistro staff made us feel so welcomed. We would stay here again.

  Location, location, location!!! The room is a decent size, the finishings are updated and while the bathroom has all the required items the bathroom door/shower struggle is real... The staff is very friendly, the valet is pricey, but again... Location! The bar area/lobby is updated and comfy for waiting out a rain before you head out on your journey. I really liked that you can basically walk anywhere, to anything and come and go from the hotel during the day as needed. If you choose to Uber, most places are less than $10 max. The interior rooms all have windows looking over the interior atrium and the noise that projects up towards the roof is LOUD. If this wasn't New Orleans, with many hotels ON Bourbon/Canal Street which are much noisier then it might bother me more... But you have to expect noise here, and embrace it - Or maybe don't come ;)

  The room at this hotel was less than acceptable even after talking to the front desk and two different people but their answer was the fact.that the hotel was sold out!!!!. The toilet never stopped running. The chair in the room looked like someone had a "good time" all over it. The stone threshold was actually broken and missing a piece and the corner trim molding was broken and the door stop on the bathroom door was broken where I stubbed my toe. This is a Courtyard by Marriott!!!!! But Jazz Fest was great and New Orleans was memorable, as always.

  The lobby area is a nice place to relax or wait for your room to be available. They had a booth with a TV, and one of the bartenders made a really awesome old fashioned. The staff was nice. The room was cozy and has hard wood floors. The bathroom was small, tho. Good location in the French Quarter.

  Great location. Room is very small. We had a bigger room on a Cruise Ship. And the bed is just hard.. When we checked in they told us there are no King rooms available. But after asking how that was possible after we had booked the room way in advance. She was able to find a room. Now I wish she hadn't.
