This is the worst hotel experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. Everyone whom I spoke to needs a lesson in customer service, especially the manager, Chris. He is extremely rude and impatient. I understand it's the holiday season but I have called several times to resolve an issue with our billing. The first time I called, right before the new year I was told to call back on Tuesday, 12/3 because there was no manager at the time. The front desk representative said I could try back on Monday, 12/2 in case the manager was in but I didn't because I knew it was a holiday weekend. I called yesterday, 12/3 to try to speak with a manager, was told he was busy and that I should leave my phone and email and he would get back to me as soon as he was available. No one called or emailed. So I called back in the evening, as soon as the phone was picked up (before I had a chance to say anything) the front desk representative asked if I could hold. I said yes, but they hung up. I called again, they hung up. This continued for a few times. Until finally someone answered and said the manager was gone for the day. I called again today, and was told once again the manager is busy. I left my phone and email. Finally the manager called to discuss the situation. He accused me of being rude, while also raising his voice at me and stating this was his first day back since the holiday. So why did his staff lie about him being in yesterday? When he was questioned about billing us for a room that was checked out on 12/12 he got defensive and rude and started deflecting. These people are cheats and liars!

The hotel is new and rooms are standard for the Courtyard brand (first room had a sewage smell but was able to get another one) but the customer service is appalling. The availability of on-site breakfast is hit or miss (and no walkable options), the front desk is incredibly rude and unwelcoming, and there is a lack of appreciation for loyal customers (speaking of my own experience as a Titanium level member). Would not recommend based on the interactions with staff.

Double-charged, be VERY careful here. The room had been paid via Expedia but the guy at check in charged my card for the full week's stay again, along with incidentals. Happened to some other guests during my stay too. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common thing here. I did get a refund several days after I raised the issue - funny how quick they take the money but how slow they are to give it back! If you want to take your chances anyway then the hotel is fairly clean, room is comfortable but noisy ac. Mini fridge and microwave is a nice touch. Low water pressure. Car park is good so I don't know what some other reviewers are complaining about there, it's covered parking right across from the front door. Breakfast is tragic, don't even bother. There is a bar-like area in the lobby open in the evening to anyone who wants to be miserable, but it's a ten minute walk to shops and eateries, so do that instead. If you do stay here then just remember to KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL!

A solid 4 stars! In my recent experience, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice and clean! I was seeing some people saying the parking structure was “across the street” which is not entirely true and very misleading. It’s literally right in front of the hotel and causes no issue at all. I would stay here again.

I was nervous reading previous reviews, but this hotel went above and beyond expectations. We had an incident late at night where the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated the building. Derek at the front desk was incredibly professional and provided more information and apologies for the inconvenience - and even coffee for every one the next morning. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff was the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Highly recommend to stay here.
