  Very nice place to stay expecially if you dont have a lot of money the only complaint i have is the rooms could be cleaner we have the $30 room and under the bed was terrible and the floor could have been swept better however the people are very nice. My husband and i have now been here for over a month and. I would like to say the staff as well as the guest are very friendly and helpfull. If we had our own fridge i would be very content here. Its located rite close to the rail and bus line. And nobody bothers you. The help actually keeps the hallways , bathroom. And snack room extriemly clean daily. Empty the trash several times a day and someone generally always greats us as we come and go. The vending machine are super affordable and just for a older hotel its in pretty great shape.   Inexpensive , simple , satisfactory....... 30$ for a single or 40$ for a double for one night .....i was a patron of cass and couldnt make it came here to wait out an apartment.....best decision ever....wow this is great.

  It's clean, it's sort of quiet(little dogs) and very friendly. The manager is on point with whatever you need and whatever problems arise. The washer and dryer cleans your clothes and the rooms are sparkling clean

  It was a last minute circumstance. But I didn't see one bug in the room. I was able to warm up some food I bought from circle k, which is right down the street. No elevator. There was very little noise. I'd go back there.
