  I was racially profile at this store.... I over heard an older gentleman tell his fellow co worker to follow me.

  Worst store to shop at. Workers and managers are disgusting and rude alike. They sell you clothing with the security alarm on it that damages your clothes and when you go back with your receipt to change it they act like you steal there stuff. Avoid them. They are crooks and not very customer friendly.

  Workers at cookies kids are so rude specially the women on the register . They think they could raise their voice at you because they are behind the counter . Very disrespectful ! I wouldn't go here if I were you . I'd take my money and use it else where . I find the same things in other stores. Bad service . They need to talk to humans with respect no one is above anyone . There's no need to raise your voice at another adult . You should kindly tell them each register has its own line . That's all .

  I was hesitant to order anything after reading some of the other reviews but I took a chance and am so glad I did. I ordered a beautiful down women's North Face jacket. It was a steal at almost half retail price. I chose cheap standard shipping and received my jacket 3 or 4 days later. It was exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering from Cookies Kids again. My experience was excellent!!!

  Always a good experience at Cookies. I love spending $$$ On my kids. They always have a huge selection with many affordable options. It seems like they have 100 employees at every location. So it does feel like an Asian store (hurry up and buy) with the can I help you's... only place I appreciate the attention.
