  I was at this place to fix my son Mac apple computer. First I was warmly welcomed by the agent Sabrina. Their service was awesome. In fact, the computer is now working and we even have 60 days guareguarin case something ever happens. That's what I call services post sale. They were just fabulous.

  Returned back to Continental Cellular to see what they could do about an unresponsive touch ID after their repairment of my screen. I was informed that I should have been told before agreeing to get my phone fixed & that the touch ID would no longer work. Sabrina failed to inform me of that the first time I interacted with her. The second time I came back, she told me the reason my touch ID didn't work was most likely do to dropping my phone or other physical damages. The third time returning, I spoke with Savannah who was very helpful and worked to get my phone as good as it could be. Although they could not repair the touch ID, they replaced my screen with no extra fees. Definitely wouldn't return due to cheap, low quality repairs and misinformation on their part but appreciated the timely manner in which it was done. Thanks Savannah

  Very good customer service. Patient and friendly! Got in faster than most phones stores and the representative Raul was very helpful with all my questions and answers them to my satisfaction. Overall was a great experience I will be a returning customer!

  Came in to get an upgrade with metro and have my stuff transferred. Raul helped me and he was really fast and had everything done for me in less than an hour. The ladies working at Continental were also really nice. Thanks guys!

  This is a lame place. I went in this place, and it was really unkempt inside. I waited for like 10-15 minutes in line, and all I had was a simple question. I think their employees are high or something. It's a shame. My friends have mixed experiences at this place as well. Some hated it, and one of my friends even described the owner as a "hypocritical con man". For the record, many of the negatives reviews has their con man of an owner replying to bad reviews as "competitors". I'm not a competitor. I would never own one of these lame authorized dealer shops either. No, you don't have my name in your system either, because I did an about face after waiting so long. This place is in bad shape. I don't usually judge a book by its cover, but this place reeked of poor quality. The customer service was bad, and given the reviews and comments from my friends, it seems that their services are shoddy as well. My best advice is to avoid this place like the plague. This business wasted my time, so don't let this business waste your time either. I hope my advice is help to those deserving people put there, because almost everyone deserves better than this place. You might get a good deal here and save money on a phone, but you shouldn't expect it to last a long time. Alas, this place reminds me of a used car dealership... it might help you out in the short term, but in the long run, you will most likely buy a lemon.
