::The staff at this location are always very helpful and friendly. The prices here are roughly comparable to those of other pet stores in the area. I've never been dissatisfied with an animal or item purchased here over the years I've frequented this store. Despite other claims, I've never seen a dead fish in any of their tanks. Perhaps they have changed their procedure for maintenance, but in the time I've been shopping here, there is almost always someone in the aquatics section. My only wish is that they'd move their cats to a more centralized location in the store; it's so easy to miss them back in the corner.

::About every pet supply under the sun! Good variety in every category, & reasonably priced. Pet rescue/adoption events held here quite frequently so find a fur baby to take to home to your family...

::I'm pretty sure Hali has an advanced degree in ichthyology. She is brilliant about fish. She knows their internal structures and how they relate to their food/water/air needs, she can compare all that between types of fish, and she helped me figure out how to make things work when I needed something out of the ordinary/recommended setup. If you need to know about fish, find Hali!

::Usually have some decent deals, and the employees are always very helpful. Sometimes it can take a while to get help though, kinda seems like they are understaffed. Still... Great people and decent prices, their kitty litter is awesome.

::Good cashiers and stock or floor people. Very friendly. Um the grooming I actually give it no stars. I was a regular nail clipping customer... Now my pup is a senior dog no longer a pup of course. All of a sudden lady who always clipped his nails discriminated and said she refuses to give service to my dog. It's also supposed to allow walk in for that service and yet she said she's too busy. Very disappointed. Glad my dog's vet also offers nail clipping and actually have love for pets no matter age or breed or sex sorta speak... Again everyone else is AWESOME
