  Always professional, reliable, and friendly. After living in the same house for 20 years, we got roaches when the sewer line was replaced on our street. Connor's handled the problem super-efficiently, and we haven't had a problem since. (Except when our pets gave us fleas, which Connor's also helped us eradicate -- the fleas, not the pets!!)

  I have no idea if they are any good not. They never answered the phone. I Called 3 times (late morning and early afternoon on Tuesday, November 21, 2017). The one time the phone was answered it was the Springfield office telling me to call back in 5 minutes, since only the Beltsville store does DC.

  IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER, SHOP AROUND, DONT SIGN WITH CONNOR'S BELTSVILLE. We signed up for an annual pest control contract with Connors for one year from 2016-2017. We moved into a new home that had a small mice problem that needed to be controlled in our lower level. However we cancelled our contract after the first year because we noticed that subsequent visits after the initial visit were 15 minutes or less and only consisted of checking the traps, no looking for overlooked entry points or exploring new strategies or methods of exclusion. Sometimes they didnt even come in the house, they would only spray a bit outside, so that was less than 10 minutes. It just didnt seem like a good value for the money. The initial visit they did was ok, so this year we decided to contact them to come in and give a one time service to seal off any additional openings to the house and lay down the traps before the winter. I spoke with the customer service person at the Beltsville office (I forget his name) and Frank, who is in charge of providing estimates a total of THREE times to explain what I wanted and made an appointment for an estimate. Less than 10 minutes before the appointment Frank called saying they couldnt provide a one time service. It seems that Connor's only wants annual contracts for which they provide mediocre service. If you are a new or potential customer I would definitely shop around before signing with them! There are just too many options in this area.
