  I will say I have never stayed at this hotel, but assure I never will. I have a friend who works in housekeeping. That friend has told me that bc they don’t have enough comforters for the beds, that they do not get washed after each guest checks out. The sheets, and pillow cases do get washed after each guest but the comforters do not. So if you stay here enjoy sleeping in someone else’s DNA.

  I fully enjoyed my stay. The room was huge and I love the kitchen. I will definitely come back. I need to experience the pool!!!

  I gave this hotel 1 star because it was plain awful. We got here, me, my wife and our 2 children, and in 1 hr we had the following experience, got booked on the fourth floor, you could ride the elevator up but had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor to get on the elevator because the button in the hallway was inoperable. The hot tub was not working. There was no towels in the pool area, had to go to the front desk and wait 10 minutes for the guy to come back so I could get towels. Pool area also had all the Windows open as well as a family outside in the picnic area getting drunk on liquor and not watching their kids. Got back to the room, tv didn't have a signal, went back to the front desk via the stairs because I couldn't ride the elevator, he began to tell me how to fix it. It must be a common problem. I asked when the manager would be in, he said around 9am. I am not planning on being here after 9 as most people are not here that late because we have places we are going.

  This place is AMAZING! They have great service, an awesome breakfast buffet and the rooms are nice as well. They have complimentary teas and coffee, popcorn and snacks in the room and they all have kitchen areas. The pool is outside though with no door near it, so you have to walk around the building to get there, but the place is wonderful!

  CONS: It's a tired facility with scuffed up walls. The gym facilities equipment was broken. Even my fridge hadn't been cleared and stank of old milk. Walls don't adequately keep out the noise from adjoining rooms...if you get my thinly veiled innuendo... PROS: Immediately off the freeway with easy access to Lake Worth town, shops, restaurants and the lake itself.
