  Clean, quiet, great staff! Bed was comfortable but the pillows lowered my score from 5 to 4 stars. The pillows are small squares and not standard size. The staff tried to help by getting me one that wasn't so stuffed and fluffy. I sleep on downs pillows so my neck hurts. Change the pillows... score more stars and no more stiff necks😃

  Mostly great staff, had an issue trying to book with one individual over the phone but it was corrected one we spoke to someone else. Clean rooms decent breakfast hours

  The outside was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

  The location for us was perfect. It was close enough to downtown but yet far enough away to not feel like we were in the city. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only down side was that the refrigerator froze all our drinks. Which isn't necessarily bad except we were having to defrost milk for our baby in the middle of the night. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

  Customer Service is everything. The best part of my stay was the helpful customer service I received from Bobby at the front desk. He literally deserves a raise or some kind of recognition. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was stellar. It's rare to find a hotel that treats you like the customer is always first but I know that the next time I'm in the area, this will be my only booking spot. The room was extremely spacious in my opinion with a mini frig, microwave and separate open sitting area. Nice!
