  Pretty average hotel. It was mostly clean and the bed and pillows were okay. Good when in a pinch.

  My mother always leaves a tip for the maid. She left a thank you note on the night stand with cash. After the cleaning staff took the cash 💵 they left her a note that said “You Suck”. She gave the note to the receptionist to explain what happened and the receptionist wouldn’t give the note back. One of the managers later called to say that my mother was rude to the receptionist... management didn’t mention the incredibly rude note left by his staff. My mom was just trying to go to a friends graduation and enjoy a few days off from work.

  This is the best place to stay in Jacksonville. The entire staff are on key. The manager Roxie she knows how to run a place. The best hotel manager I have ever met. She will make you feel like your at home. Thank you Roxie and staff.

  First time we've had prioroty parking for elite members at any Choice hotel. Was nice. This appears to be a 'midlife' Comfort Inn and Suites. We've been in about 40 hotels in last 12 months... this facility is average. Entrance to hotel not real clean. Walking through lobby, halls and entering room, did not smell fresh... even that false, just sprayed smell, was missing. Desk clerk rude and did not warmly greet us or seem like he cared we were there. King suite roomy. Black out shades dirty and ripped. Sheers dirty. Hall and room rugs needed vacuuming.  Bed comfortable and night was quiet. Bathroom spacious. Breakfast on par with the hotel chains free offerings. Nothing special.

  This was without a doubt the worst experience of my life. The desk clerk was polite and pleasant, but the manager/owner (so she said) was rude, insulting and crazy! When I complained that our room was dark and needed a floor lamp as required and had no coffee table, she went berserk and ordered us to leave the property under threat of arrest. If Choice Hotels is going to tolerate this kind of management of its properties, I'm gone. I have been a Choice loyalist as a customer and as a former franchisee for many years. Before I leave for another chain, I'll see if this report gets anyone's attention. This property is a embarrassment to Choice Hotels!
