  “Helped by drew” attitude about me not filling out a deposit slip because my branch in Tempe never has me do it. Tempe branch is amazing but seriously every other branch had tellers with bad attitudes and treat you like your some broke kid. Then when they see my accounts they change their tone and back track. I’m in the process of looking for a new bank

  Not the bank for me. I had an account with Sterling Bank for 13-years, they were bought out by Comerica Bank, and I had that account for 2-years, I was amazed at the sudden turn over with employees I had know for years. The customer service experience has changed dramatically for the worse so I moved to Arizona Bank & Trust and have been amazed & happy.

  FIX YOUR HOURS THAT APPEAR ON GOOGLE!!! you aren't open until one you are open until noon, 12 o clock. Fix it. Ruined my day. I work nights, woke up at noon thinking cool they are open until one, get there and it's closed, so I had to stand in line at Walmart for 30 minutes an pay them to cash my check. Thanks, you owe me three bucks. Update: waited 30 minutes to get declined because of certegy, had to cash at Chase bank for 8 dollars. I'll be in on Monday to close my account and get my 8 dollars. All because you couldn't post the correct hours.

  Terrible bank the lady who set up my card typed my social wrong than tried to put the blame on me saying I gave her the wrong information when I handed her my social and ID to get the information off it directly the card was canceled and my Direct deposit was lost for a week in they’re banking system and when I asked for help to try to access my money they said I just had to wait when I had already planned a trip to leave for 4th of July already put the old card information to book the reservation and everything was canceled they Send me a new card to the wrong address than she said not to worry they would have one shipped to the right address over night than tells me they can’t ship over weekends which is understandable so she doesn’t put the order in and than tells me she forgot half way through the next week when I called and asked why i haven’t gotten a card yet so I had absolutely no access to my account or money for a good 3 weeks causing me to pay late fees in a majority of all my bills and till this day they always give me problems.

  MANAGER IS AWESOME! MARCIE IS A REAL PROBLEM SOLVER & PEOPLE PERSON. SHE IS ALSO VER INFORMATIVE IN SMALL BUSINESS BANKING...ALWAYS making sure to help us in getting to the next level up! Love Drew & the other tellers...love how they know my name & always do their best to put a smile on our faces even on bad days. I grew up in a very small town & loved the personal banking that our 1 local bank had to offer...this is the exact same service that we get from Marcie & her staff!
