  Went in to get my auto title. Tellers gave me incorrect payoff quote that did not include daily interest. Were unable to tell me what I would need to do to ensure account was closed. Gave me phone number for credit card loans and said I would need to call it. Had to look online for auto loan number, phone support number waived the interest and fixed it but very disappointed with the local branch.

  Manager was great and really helped me out...idk why the starts are so low on this place

  Excellent bank with great customer service! Staff is friendly and efficient. They have a drive-thru with 2 lanes and 2 ATMs in the vestibule. Parking can be tough midday and during rush hour, but you can usually get a spot.

  Not sure why this Chase gets such a bad rep. It’s a much smaller location than most but the associates are friendly and efficient. The manager is active with associates and customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
