  I wanted to surprise my date with CMC because she never been. so I ordered my food online. I actually like this movie theater a lot but a woman manager came out and told me that I needed to show my id and ext in order to serve me my food that I already paid for. My wallet was in the car. I asked the young woman will she put the money back on my card since she is not bringing the food and she said NO. Not until I go to the car and get my wallet during the movie so my date had to order food and the money was never returned to my card. I feel robbed

  It is an expensive place for a poor service. Whenever I ask for popcorn they have problems to bring me my order or just ignore me. That situation makes my experience really bad. How can they call them selves “VIP”. when you pay the most expensive ticket you deserve really good service. If you go to a regular cinema you get your popcorn and soda immediately but here in CMX you have to wait until they remember how to make popcorn and decide bring it to you at the end of the movie. So bad, but seats are comfortable.

  This is one of the nicest movie theaters I have ever been to In My Life, and I am not engaging in hyperbole you walk in there and you have these private movie theaters with these reclining comfortable chairs and you actually have a wait staff in each suite. They will provide blankets, they will go get your drinks and food and bring it to you. When you're in the lobby it's like a Five Star Sports lounge with full liquor bars, giant televisions, couches, sofas, and lounges everywhere. This is the place to be not to mention there is an abundance of shopping as this location is inside Brickell City Center. It is expensive so expect to spend a couple dollars.

  My boyfriend and I came here to see Black Panther on opening night, and it was pretty cool. The theater was a bit small, but the chairs were very comfortable and reclined all the way; that was a pleasant surprise, and I thoroughly enjoyed the movie experience because of it. You can order food and drinks including alcoholic beverages right from the app or press the button next to your chair. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. My boyfriend had their burger, and I had the churrasco steak & potatoes. My only complaint is that the theater is way overpriced for the look. I felt like The Landmark Theater in Merrick Park’s auditoriums looked nicer and were bigger. I just think it’s a hyped up for the price, but doesn’t provide the luxury look & experience really. It’s not like the ticket price includes tip for the waiters, so why am I paying $20+ a ticket again and it’s not even 3D or IMAX?🤔 I guess😑 Otherwise, it’s a nice theater that I would return to in the future.

  Very bad experience with CMX, can’t recommend. NEVER BUY THE REWARDS CARD. It is a scam: I bought it almost a year ago, I have used it more than 20 times and never got a single reward. Not in my birthday, no 10$ after the first use as they claim... I have written the support over 5 times, even to a manager, and they don’t respond, give a solution or return the money... this is not a free card, you have to pay for it. It is a pity because the concept is good. Also, I will recommend them to wait until the end of the movie to bring you the bill to sign... they enter 5 minutes before the movie ends and is very distracting.
