::Great facility with the most professional machines in all of Astoria. Super-enjoyable, private and relaxing fitness experience with a myriad of classes, including boxing in "the Cave" with free parking available for members. Steamroom, sauna, and hot tub in the locker areas and on-site spa facilities gives the added touch of refinement. Minus one star for a rusty sink and non-working, taped-over paper towel holder in the women's main locker room, a surprise in such a high caliber facility. Will revise when management address.

::Excellent gym full of amenities at a reasonable price. Childcare while you work out! Huge weight room upstairs, CrossFit in the basement, and classes in between. Sauna! All around great spot!

::Went today for first visit. Was very impressed on how friendly and clean the place was. It has a lot to offer. I was given a pass for a free day trial. I’m going to join especially because I like the way it is spaced out. And it is not like the other gyms I have visited in the area.

::Great gym. I love the spin classes and the "cave." Wish the locker rooms had a little more to offer as far as amenities go (shampoo, conditioner, lotion)

::The best gym in Astoria with excellent amenities and worth the price. Free parking, although, it can get full around peak hours. Yoga instructor Juan is the best! All kinds of classes offered and so much fun! The sauna after a hard workout is my favorite. The discount on beauty spa treatments is pretty convenient and worth it!
