  They claimed their "wire system is down." But the woman the teller asked to do the transfer was on her cell phone barking at someone in Cantonese and effectively told her to go packing. They sent me to another branch. The other branch said the system doesn't "go down." Right. This branch is a joke. They should fire everyone and shut it down.

  Most branches open from 10am to 5pm. This one open from 9am to 4pm, it's good for customer want to have business done ealier.
