  Horrible 1-800 customer service. Idiots closed all branches in MA and don't have any Citi branded ATMs, can't withdraw from International account without fees, can't make any cash deposits to US accounts either. And now major issues wiring my money out and closing this acc for good.....

  Impossible to get ahold of anyone at this brand via telephone. Employees don't answer and you get automatically transferred to Citi Bank call center which is useless.

  Steve Walczak helped me open two accounts and stayed after closing to finish the process. Very glad I picked the Greenpoint branch. Will recommend to friends!
