  This bank would of had a great rating but there's a nasty fat Spanish bank teller who absolutely has no respect when dealing with costumers. Instead of greeting customers she asks "What do you want"....wow really!!!! Out of all the bank tellers she gives me a hard time and I don't know why....Citibank, please reevaluate your bank tellers interpersonal skills please...

  I hate this branch costumer service bad all the teeter have faces they act like we own them , I been costumer for 15 years and only reason I keep my occunts it’s close to my home . I been treating there hardball.

  I love Citibank....but sadly no longer bank here because of the overdraft rules.

  This citibank location needs to be shut down. The Manager is worst.
