  Real rude when I called,.. they picked up twice and hung up while I’m talking and never was able to call back again because no one would pick up

  I really wish when you misplace your card that you can get a new one the same day. Super annoying to have to wait. No one else is like that and my favorite branch by my house closed. Bummer.

  Best Bank on Staten Island hands down. All the staff is very friendly and know my name.

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I CANNOT WAIT TO CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
