  This branch has to do better with how they communicate with their customers when they have technical difficulties. I hope you guys listen to the feedback, I want the old Citi back with friendly customer service and longer bank hours for those who don't get off of work until after 5 pm.

  I have tried to call this branch thousands of times, but this people NEVER pick up their phone number. I do not have a problem with the service provided by this branch in person, BUT their phone line is ALWAYS "busy". Attention Management, you all have a situation here.

  I love Citibank and have been a customer for many years. In addition to that I'm also a Citi priority member. I have to say the service experience I received at this branch was just awful. Terrible from people. I will never return.

  This has to be one of my worst experiences EVER in any branch. Let me say I have been dealing with other citibank branches and never had an issue. They changed a certain procedure without posting what the new procedure would be. That is very unprofessional. So I asked to speak to the manager and I WAITED 50 MINUTES to speak to a Mr Antigua and he never appeared. I never write reviews but this whole experience disgusted me so much I had to say something. So people if you can avoid this citibank branch located on 116 st and first Ave DO IT!!!!!!!!
