  While the staff was very nice, the Cinnabon weren't even fresh. I went around 2 and mine were very hard...even after warming up. They barely had cream on them and were over done. My advice...don't go to this one.

  Location does not follow store hours nor do they have fresh items ready. All products looked old and stale.

  The Cinnabon inside Ogilvie is the worst Cinnabon ever. I ordered a box of minibons and they were hard and not fresh. I told to call 30 mins in advance to ensure that I get hot and fresh cinnabons.

  Somewhat frustrating. Got to Cinnabon close to 7:30 AM and the coffee was not ready; the cashier told me '10min' This is rush hour; what time is the coffee suppose to be ready?? MIDNIGHT!! Then when I showed the cashier my free birthday coffee on my phone; she told me she can't accept it because they need a printed hard copy as proof. With technology and all I found this a little behind the times. Won't go back...
