::While the staff was very nice, the Cinnabon weren't even fresh. I went around 2 and mine were very hard...even after warming up. They barely had cream on them and were over done. My advice...don't go to this one.

::The Cinnabon inside Ogilvie is the worst Cinnabon ever. I ordered a box of minibons and they were hard and not fresh. I told to call 30 mins in advance to ensure that I get hot and fresh cinnabons.

::Somewhat frustrating. Got to Cinnabon close to 7:30 AM and the coffee was not ready; the cashier told me '10min' This is rush hour; what time is the coffee suppose to be ready?? MIDNIGHT!! Then when I showed the cashier my free birthday coffee on my phone; she told me she can't accept it because they need a printed hard copy as proof. With technology and all I found this a little behind the times. Won't go back...
