  I go there way too often, and they know me by name ... but the food is always fresh and local and the reason I go out of my way to this location is because of the staff. They are very friendly, fast and get your order perfect. Tom is the M-F daytime cashier and he makes you feel welcome from the time you open the door until you leave. So, does Victoria, so does Alyssa, so does Corinne, and all of the staff. The place does a hell of a business, and the line is sometimes out the door, but well worth the wait. They are always cleaning up and even stop by to clear your table if you decide to sit there after eating. Be careful NOT to park at McDs lot tho, they will tow you in a NY minute.
