::Had to edit this review on 07/22/17 to reflect roughly 18 months of eating at Goodfellas. Consistency at the Limestone location has gotten out of hand. Too often the pizza comes over-cooked, under-cooked, too little toppings or way to many that the juices dilute the pizza. The ratio seems to be about 4:5 in favor of getting a sub-par product. On my last visit, there were hairs on my pizza and they did not look the like type of hair that grows on one's head. Used to swear by this place and recommend it to my own customers. It is a mystery who the upper management actually is as they do not give out any of their names during correspondence. Feedback is simply an email address or a contact form on the website. There is no accountability and upper management did not seem to care about losing a guaranteed one time a week customer. Below is my original review. From Sep 2016: Best pizza in Lexington when they are on their game. NY style with quality ingredients. Every now and then (1/10-15 orders) they will send you a bad pie that is either overcooked, undercooked, not enough toppings, sauce or cheese. Really effects the quality and taste when this happens plus it embarrasses you in front of your out of town visiting friends and family just after you have testified to them that this is the best pizza within 100 miles. I still eat here at least once a week and it's the flat out best choice when going for quality in the Lexington area.

::Walked in and got a slice of pepperoni during lunch and the girl eating a salad with her fingers says what do you want? I said a slice of pepperoni please she doesn’t say another word other then 4.71 folds up a box and puts the slice of pepperoni from the case into the box and slides it over. It would of been great if they could of at least popped it in the microwave for me. Oh well

::Ordered a 22" Pizza, 2 breadsticks, sides of both garlic sauce, and pizza sauce. When the food arrived 45 minutes later, we were greeted with the pizza, and the pizza alone. The delivery driver looked at the receipt, said that only the pizza was on it, and went on his way. Problem #1: It's 2017. I promise, computers aren't big scary machines, and they won't bite. Get it together, deploy online ordering for this location, and eliminate the human error on your side. Problem #2: My dream, my fantasy, is for a pizza place that makes an effort to get things right. If anyone finds one, let me know. It's really sad, seeing as how the food, when not under-cooked (which is a tale for another time) is the best pizza in Lexington. For the love of God, make an effort.
