  Good customer service however check your bill they charged me $7 for I don’t even know what. My receipt didn’t make sense didn’t notice until after, Good food and strong drinks 🍹 expect to spend $75 for a lunch for 2 we got a meal and a drink each. Tip was not included.

  Been a few years but back in for a 3 order purchase. Pickup before 3pm on a Thursday Staff: Good to go, patient when pulling up my gift card purchase on the phone and entering in the card number Ordered up 3 lunch deals for $10 each *(valid before 4pm m-f only) : Burger, chicken salad and sandwich avocado sandwich. The salad was alright, didn't seem worth $10, although it was separated out on the togo tray to keep things crunchy; probably skip that next time. The cheeseburger seemed ok with fries The half sandwich. bread and loaded mash was ok All the lunch special unlike the dinner 3 for $11 deals do not come with drinks and only come with 1 side; except for the salad which only comes as a salad. Parking is easy during the week daylight hours for sure along with plenty togo pickup parking, pretty typical process for several other chilis chains during offpeak hours.

  Do yourself a favor. Pick another restaurant to eat at!!!!!. The curbside pickup that is advertised on the website is nonexistent!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at 3:08. At the latest it was to be ready at 3:43. Well that never happened. I had to go in and the order still wasn't ready!! After all that. I had to ask the poor young man that gave me the food. If he could wipe the cups that had soda running down the sides. If I could get another bag bc the containers were laying on their side. The soup was spilling. The salsa was spilling in the bag. These pics are the end result of what Chili's in Carson CA served me!!. I wouldn't serve my animal this garbage!!!. I asked for the manager. Who's name is Frank. Who by the way had stains all over his apron as though he had jus come out of a slaughterhouse. He represented this location perfectly. An absolute disaster!!! Frank's only remark was, "I'm sorry you feel that way". I reviewed another Chili's location with the same type of poor service. My only conclusion is that this is Chili's standard for customer service and not just a location mishap. I never would and never will recommend Chili's Grill & Bar to anyone!!!!

  I Absolutely had the Worst time at this location. Everything that could've Happened , Happened. My girlfriend and i went to have lunch and cocktails.. To start things off our waitress seems as if she was irritated and was a little rude.we ordered our drinks my girlfriend noticed her glass was dirty and when i received my drink wich was a Bloody Mary i asked if i could have the olives and Celery that was supposed to be in the drink along with the pickles. She left our table went to the kitchen area for about 10-15 min. Came out went to the Bar said something to the person there she came back to our table with some old frozen celery and three pickles that went on a burger .she told me they were out of olives and they don't usually serve celery with bloody marys..so i told her but yes it clearly says here in the drink description.So after that we order our food and and waited awhile to get our meals. She bought one thing at a time we had to keep asking for the rest of our meal half way through eating my girlfriend See's a hair fried in her chicken strip..this was an Horrible experience..from the Bad Customer service, dirty glass, frozen And old celery, Not to mention the dirt or mold that was on my ice that i had to ask for three times. I asked to speak to the Manager or person in charge. He agreed that everything that could've happened did...so he left the table came back apologized told us he took care of our bill and gave us a $5.00 gift card for our Troubles...and to add insult to injury he says have a good day stood there at our table my girlfriend and i looked at each other and i said to her ok well let's go and he walked us to the door as if we were being escorted out....They Need Better Management, Staff Customer relations, Training on Cleanliness ,Quality of Food...👎😏☹️

  Carson's go to Bar & Grill, short staffing makes long waiting list, available bar stools/table if one can't wait to be ushered to booth seats.Order-taker is quick, fast service for appetizers, over 15 min. wait for entree, enjoy abundant portion of chips & salsa, sodium-loaded baked potato soup, Shrimp pasta, Margarita grilled chicken, Lemonade complements the meal. Large capacity for indoor dining and spirits. Menu offering salad, sandwiches, burgers, entrees, a la carte or combo
