  Waiting time is not too bad if you go with a small amount of people. Foods still great!

  I never get tired of this place! Been going here for so long. Their onion rings and beer are the perfect combination for me. Servers provide great customer service. Definitely recommend this place if you want to have drinks and not have to go all dressed up.

  I like BWW,. Well, I've traveled and ate at more than 100 locations across the country. This is by far, and I mean by far, the worst BWW I've ever been to. The wait staff was terrible. The on duty manager was hitting on all the young staff. It appeared to me that everyone, except the manager, was in high school. I had to hold my cup in the air for over five minutes before I got a refill and the food was terrible. I usually go in on Tuesday nights and order the bogo traditional wings. This location only does boneless and they were all over cook! What a waste of hard earned money. Don't go to this location. Poor service and terrible food.

  Too loud, too crowded, bad service, ridiculous wait times, subpar, unhealthy, cold-when-you-get-it food. I HATE this place and I have a hard time not resenting my coworker for dragging me here. I absolutely can not wrap my head around why anyone would go out of there way to come here!

  Horrible service. Overheard a greeter telling a customer that they were under staffed. We went in (party of 6) on Monday March 5,8:00pm. We asked to be seated and were told to wait around 30 minutes and there were literally 6 tables free behind the check in lady. Once we were seated(8:30), we waited for about 20 minutes with nobody checking in on us. At the 20 minute mark(8:40) another person came and took and delivered ours drinks to us. About 10 minutes later (8:50),our waitress came and asked if we needed anything else, and before we let out our answer, she started to walk away so we had to get her attention back and told her the appetizers we wanted. We got our appetizers rather quickly, (9:00). 20 minutes (9:20) later, without another human contact, yet another unknown waitress had to step in, ask if we needed anything, and we said yes, to place our order! She took it, and we saw her hand it to our actual waitress. Another 20 minutes passed (9:40), and our waitress came and asked us if we needed anything else, and we had to say our food. She literally thought we had already finished eating, and said "oh that's right, your wings." after this, our food came in 10 minutes (9:50). We ate in 10 minutes, and we left (10). Mind you we ordered 1 large order of wings and 1 order of mini corn dogs for 2 toddlers to share. 2 whole hours for 2 orders of food in a restaurant where more than half the restaurant was empty.
