  I went to the branch on a Saturday morning and saw one counter is free, so I am looking at the lady in the counter wondering if she is working, but she stared at me like nobody is there. I approached and asked if she can help, she is looking around and waited for like 10 seconds and say what can I do for you. I asked if she can withdraw money from my checking account and deposit to my savings account, she is not responding and asked for my id and card, she wrote down my account number very slowly, yet very sloppy, one of the 0 looks very much like 6, I asked if this will matter, as I’m worried that she will mess things up with her careless altitude, she relied reluctantly that it doesn’t matter. It turned out that she really messed my thing up and tried to fool me. She didn’t withdraw money and deposit, but instead she transferred the money without notifying me. I told her that in order for me to get bonus, I have to deposit instead of transfer, but she is still arguing with me that these two are the same, and let me to call customer service to verify. I said I have already called and verified, then she went back to her seat and threw me two checks for me to write on. And then sits there chatting with her colleague without even apologizing to her rude behavior. I was very angry and controlled to search for my account numbers on my phone by myself and tried to figure out what to fill I each check with no help at all. This is definitely one of the worst bank experience I’ve ever had, I highly suggest the bank to be better at servicing customers.

  I just came to check the hours for Saturday but I come to find that people are posting these ridiculous reviews, masonry and devils? Ha! I've been to this branch before, good service!

  Very poor customer service. I wanted to open a checking account at this branch and called ahead on Saturday morning to understand what paper work was needed to get me set up with an account. No response. I was in the city to meet friends and happened to have the time to stop by at the branch. First, there was almost no one around to help customers. When I did locate an agent at his desk and said I had a question, he rudely stopped me and said I need to wait until I help everyone else - he was helping no one to begin with. Just a poor experience overall. When he confirmed that everyone else had been helped before he started talking to me, he asked questions based on my skin tone and accent! I will go to a local branch closer to me to get me set up. Would've given up on Chase altogether if not for the good experience I've had with their credit cards.

  I had a very bad experience! The manager was so rude! Even if he couldnt help me he should NOT say " I DONT WANT TO RISK MY JOB FOR YOU" he could be nicer and tell me he cant do anything!! I went to another branch and they were so nice, they tried their best to help solving my issue

  Best ATM in the city. It has money. It takes deposits. It works. What more can you ask for in an ATM.
