::Watched a teller explain to a frustrated Spanish speaking account holder about a hold on his check. He did not raise his voice, or “take it out on her” he was just frustrated as he had been an account holder for 12 years and they still do this every time. As he left, she had laughed at him and looked at me, a yt lady, for support. I said it wasn’t funny. When i leaving, I quietly told the mgr it was not ok for her laugh at him, he raised his voice at me. Not a good way to treat your Spanish speaking clients. Racism isn’t ok, even when it comes from other minorities.

::To anyone looking to use Chase Bank NA as your mortgage provider, STOP and read now. Do not be tempted even with their attractive rates. They are a very unorganized, non communicative and non collaborative company. They do not interact with the various departments such as underwriting and loan processing and do everything in a vacuum without anyone overseeing and managing the process for errors and delays. They also will hit you up with daily additional closing requests at the very last minute with Many of these being repetitive and redundant asks. I was also lied to by several of their loan processing team members, two key managers went “MIA” the day my closing was supposed to occur, and they have put me in harms way of losing my earnest money deposit of $20,000!! Do NOT use them at any cost and find a broker that can actually process a loan per your schedule (not theirs) and save yourself and your lawyer lots of time and agony. BUYER BEWARE is all I can say.

::I have to use this location now that Chase has closed their location at S. High St. and Williams Rd. There are no locations/🏧 close to my home any longer. I am seriously considering changing banks because of this closure. Furthermore, you can't speak to an Account Representative unless you have an appt. Calling to get an appt. is impossible...so how does a person obtain one?

::Terrible location. Will not be back unless to use the ATMs which have better customer service. Young female who works the "drive-up" is very rude and inconsiderate. Would not take government issued IDs which is state law regardless of Chase policy. Should not hire unprofessional people who don't know customer service or how to handle issues. Disappointed. After denying me service they didnt even say goodbye or have a good night nothing. This branch is garbage.

::Poor experience!!!! Teresa, the branch manager, needs to go back to training and learn customer service and the law about what a public notary can do and what can't.There is no point to have a public notary in the bank if she is incapable to help. Saying "I am sorry...I am sorry...I am sorry.." does not solve any problem. I made two trips to the bank to legalize some papers and I was turned around because I did not have a witness with me to sign the papers. No wonder why the Chase bank does not have loyal customers anymore. Really, your staff needs a lot of training. Smiling is not enough anymore this days. We, your customers, need customer service. No worries, Chase is not the only bank in town,.
