::There's a lot of different pieces that bring together this story but I will try to keep them as brief and relevant as possible. I recently moved to Ohio following the death of my daughters mother. I had created a chase account in branch maybe a week prior. I had also deposited a check in the account which was also going to assist in securing my relocation to Ohio. I walked in the bank at 10AM and provided document after document in order to establish my identity. I was told several times to come back with new pieces of documentation which I luckily I already had prepared on me as I was moving and keep these documents close. I was getting such a hard time from the Fraud Team at Chase. They even had the person who made out the check to me visit a local branch to verify the check. Mind you, the check had already cleared and posted available in my account at this time. Luckily the Branch Manager walked in and assessed the situation. She stayed with me for about 5 hours getting this issue corrected. I thought I would be sleeping in my car that night and also broke down emotionally several times due to the passing of my childs mom, stressfulness of the situation, and the headache the fraud team was giving to me. This woman was a miracle worker and overall blessing. If it was not for her this review would be negative and I would have been banking elsewhere. I can't even begin to tell you how hard she worked on my behalf and I am grateful. I would recommend this branch strictly because of her professionalism. Thank you again.

::I had to get my debit card replaced. The replacement that came in the mail had a different pin I didn't know or wasn't listed on the paperwork. I couldn't get it reset on the phone or chase app. Nice security feature. Came to this branch to get assistance. Zenobia helped me attempt a reset at the ATM. After an unsuccessful attempt, she enlisted the help of her manager. Danae, the branch manager was very helpful and provided an alternative that was successful, after verifying my identity. Zenobia and Danae are the models of customer service and I really appreciate their dedication to helping me with a solution to my problem. Because of their expertise, I definitely feel more comfortable making an appearance in person when I need help.
