  Poor Very Poor Customer service. My husband and I asked the manager if we could speak privately in the back about our business and he said no we would have to make an appointment, it's reserved for appointments. Really. So we proceeded to discuss our situation regarding overdraft fees, which he could have removed simply with a few keystrokes. Which Chase does once a year as a service for their customers, FYI. Anyway, we were trying to explain that the charges we bogus and while he continued to shake his head and blame us for not managing our account properly. Nevertheless we left in frustration and went to a main branch where we were met with wonderful greeting and Smiles and our problem was solved with a few simple keystrokes on the computer. But, CHASE BANK IN FRYS ON 43RDAVE & BETHANY HOME ROAD TRULY NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I almost changed Banks. They need to do something about the manager the Hispanic bald guy the manager. He is very rude and disrespectful. Train him right. Unless plan on losing lots of customers.

  Had to wait close to 40 minutes for a quick 5-10 minute meeting about my account. There was also a very long line outside of the small location. They were really kind and sorry about the wait, but next time I definitely will drive 5-10 minutes further, to get a proper meeting at what seems like more of a proper Chase Bank.
