  Have a commercial account with BMO. Went to cash a company check at this, my, local branch. The teller said she couldn't find my account. After explaining that it's a commercial account with my name on the account, she said she still couldn't find the account. Asked for the manager, he couldn't find the account either. Thought Manager training included "customer service", "knowledge of banking operations". Must have missed those classes. Apparently they need retraining. They were stuck looking for a personal account in my name, not doing as I asked and look up the Business account. Had to drive to another branch in Glendale where the teller flew right through cashing the check. The previous Manager , came to my business and introduced herself, she knew my name when I came into the bank. This guy acted as though he was somewhere else. Didn't care. Won't use this branch again, maybe that's their goal. Run off all the business customers, then close the branch.

  I'm not to happy with this place. Surprisingly I did not deal with no employees here. My problem was with the dam ATM machine. I went to do a deposit cash and it encountered an error, my money is currently up in limbo. Now I have to go through some dispute process. Who knows how long this is gonna take. Thanks for taking my mortgage payment. I walked away wit the same amount of money in my account and no cash on hand. I'm not sure but every bmo Harris ATM I goto always has a problem, Or don't work properly. Shame, I'm sticking to electronic transfer to avoid these consent problems.

  I can go to any other branch and deposit checks for our company without an account number, but this branch are a..holes. the guy was really rude. Refused to make the deposit. I pushed the call button several times with no answer!!!!! I got the checks back with a deposit slip and still no answer and no pen either!!!!! This branch needs to be closed down for the week and go through training again. The guy was a total jerk!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR

  Pulled into drive thru right at 5...another vehicle there...but was closed...and no one in that vehicle as to block from others to pull up

  Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5
