  Don’t ever come here , take another drive to another location long wait times and the tellers can’t complete the transactions for their clients Karen was rude and cannot help anyone efficiently and doesn’t care about customer service .

  There were 5 bankers no one to help me waiting there for 16mins 1 person helping someone while the rest stand there and scratch their a** Including manager.

  They do a Great Job , online and @ Customer Service also the Chase App! Is much easier from your living room don't have to go out especially when the Weather is Hot!! 110° Keep up the Great Job!👍👍👍👍

  Just needed quarters. Person on the floor (who usually is the person who takes care of quick stuff, like getting quarters) told me I had to wait in line, which was 20 minutes deep. Freaking ridiculous. Just a footnote in my many issues with this evil company, but from the floor to the top, this bank is filled with jerks.
