  Bad customer service starting with the manager, went to put a complaint about there bad customer service they have and the manager instead of helping me was rude to me and treated me with no respect after asking him politely that one if there bankers didn’t help me to fax a paper to there own chase department, there is no reason for me to stay with chase no more I looking for a new bank.

  Tellers are very slow. Customer service is lacking in this location. People go to the bank on their lunch break. They shouldn't have to stand in line for more than 20 minutes only for them to go from 2 tellers to 1.

  Service is unacceptable, bankers have no sense of urgency and are completely unprofessional. Constant socialising while directly in the middle of handling bank account inquiries and business for customers. I have never seen this kind of behavior anywhere except the city of el paso!

  In and out service is great. Fast service (Wednesday) Just one draw back . Only one LIVE teller. Door Host ( greeter) was friendly and willing to answer any questions or direct you to the correct area.
