::I'm not quite sure about slow at this particular branch but definitely the Capitol One bank next door to it is slower than the current subway system. Lol... Anyway not just this branch but the Chase bank corporation in whole is the best customer service and bank system I ever experience. Yeah maybe a few human being over there may not be the best as service but honestly you really don't want to deal nor put up with a you can't expect first class service from something so third world like HSBC banking system. So count your blessings because you are in better hands with Chase than HSBC.
