  This is by far the best service of any Capital One Bank branch in Manhattan. They are swift, accurate and the tellers are lovely people. The manager deserves real credit for the choice & training of his staff. They are all superb. I go to many Cap 1 branches, but this one is head & shoulders the best. Luckily is close to my home.

  Notary Personal are dishonest. I needed something to be notarized and someone in the bank was notarizing someone else's paper. I asked the lady in the counter why are you being dishonest, she just smiled. I wouldn't do any business with them

  Two filthy grimy street-exposed ATMs that are never cleaned by the branch making for a disgusting banking experience. Making an ATM deposit of more than one check is a long unpleasant process. Neither machine can scan more than one check at a deposit without returning the checks as illegible. Yet, when entered as a single deposit, each check is a legible scan. Inside, there are long lines and a shortage of officers. At this branch the only pleasant efficient banking experience is the safe deposit division.

  As previously mentioned, the whole branch only have one banker (Margie) working on the floor (at least on the days I visited) to help with special account related stuff and 3-4 tellers standing behind the bullet proof glass with no customers. Customers waiting for services are frustrated. I was turned away at first and I was not planning on leaving without proper service. Thus i challenged the branch on their policies, I was finally serviced after 20+ minutes of wait time, yes by the only banker, Margie. She tried her best to assist us running back and forth between clients. And even provided us helpful tips. So, nothing against the overly worked banker. I just want the "branch" know that they needs to provide better service. Since most elderly Chinese are technically challenged, maybe the branch should find better ways to accommodate them.

  I just went to the bank and there was only like 4 people working in there, two customers and they told me to wait...Ok thats. Not a problem but to look at them chatting... Really????
