  I've been there a week ago to close my saving account and open a credit card. Their service was so amazing from the first entrance and all very informative about their Chase business and products. I felt like I were in a 5-star hotel! I just happen to visit there because it was on my way also with other personal business to take care of. I've never experience this kind of kind and careful service from any banks in the States! From the time, I decided to make this branch as my favorite bank to visit for important matters for later. :)

  I cannot even give this branch 1 star!! Rudest customer service agents I have ever met. Fred Chen and Richard Hu were extremely unprofessional and beyond rude. I felt completely discriminated and what made the experience worse was that neither representative could utter the simple words of I'm sorry. Let's start with Chen; I was standing in front of the line and there was an older senior asian man behind me. Chen asked the gentleman if he could assist him and I turned around and asked Chen, why he would ask the man when I was clearly in front of him in line??? I get the whole asian culture and respect thing, but really??? Then Chen asked Hu to assist me with my deposit. Hu walked me over to the ATM to make my deposit... Don't you think I would have/could have done that myself and not stand in line?? That's not what I needed. I thanked Hu for NOT helping me and went back to stand in line. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH!! My complaint, will not stop here either. If you're asian, this is the place for you. If you're not, don't go to this branch!
