I love Centro's "Wheat Up Burrito." It is delicious, filling, and I recommend getting it with the rice, which is very flavorful. Another star of the table is their salsa. It is perfectly balanced with cilantro. The only knock on Centro is the dinner prices - they are at least a few dollars too high for what you get (in my opinion). Still, whatever meal you get there, it is of a high quality and the atmosphere is perfectly "Raleigh" - small but memorable!

Delicious food, high quality ingredients, attentive servers. I especially appreciate their attention to my special requests for gluten-free accommodations. Not a certified GF kitchen, but they are willing to try. Which counts for a lot in my book.

Simply delightful, delicious food with an atmosphere to match. Great menu selection and good prices to accompany high quality food. The waitstaff is attentive and professional and the lovely owner has clearly invested heavily in making the establishment represent flavor, class, and quality. They can get busy at times because the experience they deliver is well known locally.

The atmosphere was cool, different than your typical Americanized Mexican restaurant. The food was good for the most part! I ordered enchiladas that had a weird sauce that was kind of gross. But the inside if it was delicious. I would recommend this place to others, but stick to traditional if you're a picky eater!

Pretty easily in my top 3 favorite places to eat in the triangle, maybe even #1. The food is always fantastic, decor is cool. Service is always on point. Grass fed steak tacos are my go to meal here. Their house made salsa is really great. A perfect evening is a meal down here, then upstairs to the mezcal bar for an after dinner drink.
