Update on review, 2nd review 3 months ago, I gave them 5 stars, even though we waited 2 hours the first time, it was the staff that made the wait bearable. We went back for another appointment, they called and changed his appointment time, I said we can go but I have to leave at this time, no problem; we get there and wait, eventually I said we have to leave in five minutes and left with out seeing the Dr Harding. Dr Harding did run to the door as we were leaving and apologized. Once again, my dad had an appointment the other day, November 29th, at 2:00, went back my dad had his legs scanned, then we waited, waited & waited. At 3:45pm 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my dad got impatient so once again we leave without seeing Dr Harding. I let Valerie, who was super sweet, know we were leaving. I got a call later that evening from Dr Harding apologizing; that was nice of him, but at the same time, it wasted my time and money (gas) and if a patient showed up an hour and forty five minutes late, the appointment would probably be canceled and charged for wasting their time. Basically it comes down to, it is a two way street, you don’t want your time wasted and I don’t want my time wasted, which it was several times. May I suggest a better scheduling system. Dr Harding is a good doctor and very nice, it’s the unreasonable wait time that I don’t like, but that comes down to scheduling. My first review My Dad had an appointment with Dr Harding on August 10 for continuing foot swelling, Dad is 84 years old; it was very easy to schedule with them. I thought the staff and Dr Harding was very pleasant and easy to talk to. We have a plan on the next step for Dad; once again on our way out, we had to make a few more appointments and that was very easy to make. My appointment was at 2:00, got in right away for the sonogram for Dad’s legs, very sweet lady, wish I could remember her name, she was so gentle with Dad but after that it took forever to see Dr Harding; it was after 4:00 before I saw him. The staff kept checking in to make sure Dad was comfortable, seeing if he needed a blanket, pillow or some water. Dad was getting worried because he was going to miss dinner at the assisted living and one of the nurses heard him and offered him a nutri grain bar. Normally for a long wait like that, I would give 3 stars, BUT, The staff really went out of their way to make sure everything was okay and I really appreciate that. Once Dr Harding came in, he took his time to explain everything to us, we had a plan then we were on our way.

so far, so good! I had my first consult with Dr. Harding, he is so compassionate and reassuring… I’m ready for the procedures offered, tired of the pain, inconvenience & work interruption caused by vascular issues. Will update soon (hopefully!)

Don’t waste your time with this place. If they can’t get your insurance to approve multiple procedures they will string you along. I had read how many people have had procedures canceled with little to no notice from this place. I received multiple calls, texts, and emails up until 7/22/22 confirming my procedure for 7/25/22. Scheduled 3 days off for the recovery of the Phlebectomy only to come in this morning and be told it was cancelled and given the excuse that the minor procedures needed to be done before hand but they had been denied by insurance. They already knew that as I had come in weeks prior trying to reschedule all the procedures that had been approved. Dr. Harding and the nurse blamed the staff for scheduling then blamed the insurance and advised another scan was needed and to tell the technician who my insurance was through so they understood what they needed to have the minor procedures approved. Dr. Harding claimed the radiofrequency ablation had to be done before the ultrasound-guided foam sclerothrapy and ambulatory phlebectomy could be done. Do your research people, this practice just wants to bill the insurance as many times as possible by doing as many procedures as they can. Look for other vein specialists that are not part of this company. One last note, don’t blame your staff for your or your company’s terrible business practices. When I am able to have what I actually need done with a scrupulous practice and doctor, I’ll update this post with where that is.
