The service here is exceptional and Karen was so helpful with picking everything out. She went over all of the details of the diamond for the engagement ring and gave detailed explanation of different diamonds and the pricing for each. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds and she made the process of picking out an engagement ring so much easier for me. When it came to wedding bands, Casale has a huge selection and again Karen was very helpful in provided the details on the different kinds of rings.
