  Daniel was working when I came to the drive thru. Courteous, professional young man who values freshly prepared, hot food served neatly. This young man deserves a raise and promotion because he set an example that is rare in todays fast food service atmosphere. He should be the reason this location thrives.

  Usually I like Carl's Jr. but I frequently have problems with this one. First of all, I was in the drive thru and the person made me wait awhile to order my food. Then they got my order wrong. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. I got an egg and bacon burrito that hardly had any food in it. I guess the hamburger was okay but the fries were too salty.

  I don't know what's happening to Carl's Jr. But their food quality is really lagging behind. If they continue, I won't be surprised if they all go belly-up.

  EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND CURTIS AND THE MANAGER WOMAN MANAGER VERY PROFESSIONAL 9/21/22
