  There are about 2 good staff members here. One idiot there told me i didn't place a mobil order and really argued me up and down.. she said i selected pickup so that's not considered mobil! make it make sense if i used my phone to place the order what's that then m

  The worst McDonald's in this area. I just waited in line for 5 minutes to ask for an ice cream cone. Family of 3 ordered. One person in front of me. The cashier is trying to get orders out. It's always disorganized.

  In all honesty the food was better than the customer service. When I ordered my food I asked for it fresh and at the window, an employee asked another employee was the food fresh and the lady proceeded to say no, so an employee asked to to park and about a mu tire she comes with my food and as I am at the hospital I noticed my food wasnt freshly made so I called the store and explained to a worker I just came thru the drive in the specific location and read her back my order and explain to get it wasn’t fresh and she preceded to say “your drink isn’t fresh either”. and started laughing. I didn’t find anything funny but might I say McDonald’s needs to do better and hire individuals who care

  McDonald's is a fast-food chain that is known for its convenience and consistency. The food is generally what you would expect from a fast food restaurant - it's fast, cheap and easy to grab on the go. The menu items are pretty standard across locations, so you know what to expect no matter where you are. The fries are a classic, they are crispy and salty, and the burgers are decent, although they don't have the same taste and quality as a sit-down restaurant. However, the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and efficient, other times they can be slow and unorganized. The restaurant itself can also be a bit dirty and unkempt, which is not very appealing. Overall, McDonald's is an okay option for fast food. It's not the best, but it's not the worst either. It's a decent option when you're in a hurry and don't have time for a sit-down meal, but it's not a restaurant that I would go out of my way to visit. If you're looking for something quick and cheap, McDonald's can do the trick, but if you're looking for high-quality food, there are better options out there.

  I can’t fully blame staff but the system they’re forced to work with. Was told to wait for my order at window 2 behind another waiting vehicle they they gave them my order and tried giving me coffee took them a good 10 minutes or more to remake my order then I get home to the paper that comes on the meat patty still on the burger they added cheese and toppings on top of the paper what the hell? But as I said they need to stop timing the drive thru and just give food as it comes this kind of thing has happened to me here multiple times
