  I saw Dr. Preston got a cardiac clearance before my knee replacement surgery. She was wonderful with a great bedside manner. All of the office staff were helpful especially Gloria. I would definitely recommend them and return in the future if needed.

  Called and waited on hold for don't know how long. Then entered the queu for call back. When they called back 21 minutes later, they hung up when I answered. Caller ID showed it was CSCM. Then they did not call back after they hung up or we got disconnected (benefit of a doubt?). But they did not call back, and I had to get in line for the call back queu again. I work and am not allowed to have the phone on the floor with me. Call back if you get disconnected!!!! Rather than just dropping the patient.

  Received rude and Abysmal service from the office staff. Call waiting service does not handle incoming calls. Extremely difficult to schedule appointments due to onerous rules from billing department. Treated very shabbily and unprofessionally by receptionist. Patient care does not appear to be a priority.

  Great Doctor and hard working friendly staff. Unfortunately when you pay by debit/credit card you have to enter the entire card # by hand. When I asked about it the receptionist said they had complained and no one will fix it. Show some respect to your patients and update your machines!

  The receptionist is very very rude just like the rest of the review says. They hung up on me while I was still talking. She first took a long time to take my basic information. I had to repeat 3 time for every single information. Then when she told me that I needed to have 3 appointments cause they didn't receive an order for stress test, which was what urgent care told me. I explained to her I will call urgent care to find out what's going on. While I was still talking, she just hung up. I am not calling back to schedule any appointment with them.
