  They took in our car at extremely last minute to solve an engine coil issue, and worked hard to make sure it was completed the same day so that we could continue our vacation uninterrupted. The workers were extremely helpful and kind, and gave a repair rate that was half that of anybody in the area - and then gave us a discount on top of that. Really lovely folks, will be recommending them to my family in the area!

  Took me in on short notice about the air conditioner in my minivan. Got it fixed right away and the price was just right! I'll be back. Thanks guys.

  I don't usually post reviews about places specially auto shops. But these guys stood out above the rest. Jason was awesome and helped out in the best way possible when my warrenty wouldn't cover the fix. Everything was done in a timely matter and they explained everything as well. I hope I don't have to get my car fixed again, but if so, I will defiantly being returning here.

  I truly thought I found a great shop, I took my F150 in for a bunch of problems and the fixed everything perfect...... unfortunately I paid for that perfect at a tune of $2800. While understanding the magnetude of the work preformed, I excepted the price...it had been a good truck and didn't owe me anything. So I asked the shop manager for a quote to fix a starting problem with my 2008 escape, switch was intermittent, he said he would call me with a price and that it was a common issue that isn't to costly.....after a week I called him because I didn't here from him.....he quoted me close to $600. One YouTube video and a $45 dollar ignition switch from Napa and 10 minutes.....it was fixed. Even with an hour of labor, it wouldn't have come close to his quoted price....Escape has been perfect for a year now......Callaways lost my trust and I really wonder how bad I was over charged for my F150.

  First time using them was yesterday. Had a minor coolant leak that was repaired same-day. Very friendly, professional, and even gave me a ride home after drop off. I had to go back this morning to get the hood sensor re-aligned but they got it fixed in a couple minutes. All-in-all, I'll use them again and will recommend them to others.
