  They provide excellent service and have everything you need concerning batteries and bulbs. I came it for watch repair and they did it quickly while I waited. I also like that they recycle batteries and bulbs too. BTW I was there recently when an irate customer came in demanding to be served first and was adamant about causing as much disruption as possible. The staff handled it all very professionally. I would not have been so saint-like.

  the experience was terrible, the guy told me that he had not worked on the phone before and that it would normally take 30 to 40 minutes to fix it and to come back in 2 hours. i came back in 2 and a half hours and phone was not ready and was told to try to check back in 2 more hours. when i did come back the phone screen was replaced but my sim card was not being read and was told that someone would be in the morning to fix. informed them that i need my phone for work and this is not acceptable no one cared that i had no working phone. i had to pay a deposit to get a phone that was not working released to me. i asked for the corporate number they act like they didnt have it. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE OR TELL ANYONE TO VISIT. PISS POOR SERVICE!!

  I would also like to comment on the heavily bearded individual "Dan" at the NRH store. He interjected himself into a discussion that I was having with the technician handling my phone screen replacement. His inputs were at a minimum terse and I feel more correctly confrontational. The technician that was assisting me "Lee" on the other hand was very accommodating. You should hire more employees like Lee and fire ones like Dan.

  Great service and price. My car battery was replaced in 10 minutes and all the store employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs to my friends......

  Shay is the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have dealt with at Batteries Plus. He educated me on my battery choice and helped me make a great decision on my purchase. Shawn, the manager stepped in to help me with a problem I had at another store. He was concerned on making sure I had a great experience with Batteries Plus. His above and beyond service achieved the goal of 100% satisfaction. Both of these professionals treated me excellently and with respect. If you need a Battery, or any item Batteries Plus offers, I recommend you make the drive to this store. You won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work, and thanks again.
