::Submitted a request for a $250 graduation cake online with pictures and details a month and a half prior to graduation. No response and no response to a follow up request. No response to a voicemail. Trying to arrange this cake long distance. Finally had someone go in person and of course they denied any requests were sent and it was too late for custom orders. I give them zero stars for no customer service. Not just poor customer service. It was nonexistent.

::These folks did an amazing job with my birthday cake. I reached out to several bakeries and the only one that responded was Buttercream. When I arrived to pick my cake up, my one year old was taking a nap in my car. They carried the cake to me so that I didn't have to disturb my little sleeping beauty. To me, that's customer service taken to the next level. Will definitely be working with these folks again in the future.

::Don't go here; go to Buzz Bakeshop. Buttercream Bakery made us the wrong cake, and also, what they did give us was very underwhelming. We ordered lemoncurd with strawberry buttercream, but they gave us vanilla on vanilla. Also, the cake was pretty dry, and I felt like I could have made one myself that tasted better. This cake was for my son's second birthday, and of course, the cake is one of the centerpieces of the party. I was very disappointed. Additionally, they would not refund the price of the cake. They did provide a small amount back, but not nearly enough to cover what they messed up on. I never had these or any other problems at Buzz Bakeshop. I definitely recommend going there instead.

::Beautiful birthday cake. We ordered the red velvet and it was tasty, my guests loved it but personally I would have preferred that all the filling and frost were made of cheese cream instead of buttercream. The staff was friendly and we didn’t have a problem with parking.

::Overall awesome place. Breakfast bomb is awesome, coffee great. Only downfall which I think is poor business practice, is that I called to place a pickup order, as I was in a little bit of a rush, and they said they couldn't make the coffee drinks in advance, as a policy thing... Cuz they would "get cold".... I'm calling maybe 10 minutes before I pick it up, and I told them that, so isn't it on me to figure out timing!? So sure enough, when I got there there was a line, and the coffee took like 10 minutes to get.... Annoying. But eating in I've never had any issues and it's all very delicious!
