  the most affordable rental center in Bergen county i have rented from this location in the past 7 years they are very professional the cars are very clean i will rent again in a few weeks

  I rented a car for 24 hrs. The young man who attended me when I went to turn it in, was rude and very passive aggressive. He said that I should have vacuumed the car before I turned it in, because crums in the back seat were unacceptable! Lol HE SURE DOESNT REMEMBER BEING A KID AND DOESN'T HAVE ANY! It wasn't very messy at all, I always pick up the trash, but for a 24 hr rental, I do not think anybody deep cleans a rental. Silly because they gave me a car that wasn't clean from the outside and that was stained from the inside. Next time I will go to ENTERPRISE-RENT-A-CAR! They always give great costumer service.

  My First choice in rentals... This location really cares about customer service. Good selection of vehicles.

  Great customer service. They were very helpful! I extended my rental and got the cheapest fees possible. No rip off! Only minus is the car is kia forte, few scratches here and there and smells a little bad inside when i received it but that's just a minor flaw. Will rent again from budget car rental! 👍
