::As new home owners with our first leak, we were a bit panicked and didn't know where to turn but Bruni & Campisi were wonderful. Our technician Jack was very professional, arriving quickly and was very helpful in finding the leak in our bathroom. He even answered some other questions we had in regards to plumbing. We will be using Bruni & Campisi for all our plumbing needs going forward! Thanks again, Jack!

::I’ve been using them for years, and recently, I was truly impressed with their level of service. Recently, we had them do a repair for us and it didn’t work, and they came back and also sent a supervisor besides a tech to make sure that the repair was really taken care of and that we were satisfied. All along the way, they took full responsibility and made sure our experience was a positive one. Jeff in particular was extremely responsive.

::Was having heating issues at a relatives house, coordinated with the Bruni and Campisi team and they set me up with new energy efficient boiler and added in additional valves to make servicing easier in the future. Price was very competitive.

::Update on 1/5/2018: Now, B&C, you're down to one star from two. Why? Because your reply to my review was false. In this day and age of cell and home phone logs and date/time stamps, it is stunning that B&C would look to publicly and falsely argue the point. Way to try and transfer responsibility, B&C. My calls went to the single number that B&C publishes. When that number is called, the caller is given the option to press on to transfer and leave an emergency message. Which I did - three times on Friday night, and leaving a message each time, to no avail (despite the emergency recording stating that B&C would be paged and the call returned "in minutes"). I left another message on the regular answering machine Saturday morning. B&C did NOT return ANY of my calls until Sunday morning. ----------------------- Previous Review: The only reason you see two stars instead of zero is that we'd used Bruni & Campisi before with no real issues. They are a prominent name in plumbing in our area, but also have a bit of a reputation for complacency. Our experience this weekend supports that view. Here's what happened (and as you read this, keep in mind that we had been regular B&C customers). When a steam valve in our heating system broke during sub-freezing weather on Friday night of this New Year's weekend (involving a visit from the fire department and ConEd), we placed FOUR calls with messages to B&C (three to the emergency messaging system, and one to the regular number messaging system). Our messages went into a black hole. We eventually got a call back from them almost 36 hours after our first message, which had been left while the fire department was still here. And those messages continued through that cold night - onto a line that says "we will be paged and get back to you in minutes." Ha. (BTW, when we eventually got a return call from B&C, 36 hours after our 1st call to them and over 24 hours after our last call, they said "We just don't know what happened to your messages.") This was a real problem as our boiler had been turned off by the fire department to prevent any damage, and now we were worried about pipes freezing. We spent a long night keeping the house as warm as possible (thankfully it’s a solid, wonderful old house that retains its heat well; had it been a new house, we would have had to leave). So how did we get it fixed, over this freezing, holiday weekend? Aqueduct Services (Plumbing, Heating & Cooling) came through for us the next day, while B&C was busy not returning our calls. (Yes, the weather is cold, and many people are experiencing issues and are in need of service. But that's no excuse for not returning calls from a customer.) Aqueduct is our new plumbing team - a team that actually seems to care, enjoy their jobs, and have respect for their company's name and reputation. Kudos to Aqueduct's owners, Daniel and Debbie, for the way they run their business.

::This is the second time we've used B&C -- first time to install central A/C in our co-op and now to install a new hot water heater. In both cases, the work was done efficiently, neatly and effectively. Good people too. For the hot water heater, Jermaine and Aman were remarkably professional, easy to work with, considerate and highly capable. I have a tendency to ask lots of questions, which they answered patiently. No doubt I would hire them again.
