  I am editing my post from last week.. I'm still giving the company 1 star because their customer service really needs some work. But I wanted anyone who reads this review to know, that I did actually get help and I did get my book when I needed it. After continually trying to contact them, I did get a reply and was able to get the issue resolved. They hadn't shipped my book (which I ordered 4 days before) so they were able to FedEx my shipment and we received it when we needed it. NO STARS!!!!! I can not believe this place is for real. I placed an order for a book and after I placed the order had a request from my manager to contact them and see if I could pay extra on the order and get the book here sooner. I called multiple times and at first all I got was a machine that wouldn't accept messages, then I got a machine and left a message. Today I finally got someone to respond via online chat. I was online with them for over an hour while they "looked to see if it had already shipped and for tracking information" when I kept pinging them to see what they found I was asked to be patient. Finally I asked what was the delay, the gal on the chat said let me go up and check, they usually email me. She came back and said that they had gone to lunch. After voicing my frustration she told me she would check as soon as they got back from lunch and get back to me. It has now been over 2 hours and still I haven't heard from anyone there. They closed our chat and when I tried to open two new chats I got an email reply with a ticket number but no response or notification on when I can expect a response. I have tried their 800 number and their direct number and you only get voicemails. This is not a good way to do business. I can't even cancel my order. Their website doesn't let you do anything. So frustrated!

  Great selection and good customer service. Parking lot is small.

  Very Helpful and knowledgeable. Had my books ready for pickup as requested and checkout was quick.

  Horrible service, ordered 2 items, had to contact 3 weeks after order and after that only received one item. Almost 2 months later I filed dispute with PayPal and they finally shipped the second item only after I tried to get my money back. If you need items in less than a month order with caution. Seller never contacted to apologize or try to correct situation. Do not recommend.
