  Where do I begin, from beginning to end, our experience with the dealership was fast, efficient and customer friendly, from the time I called to schedule a drop in Sacha .M was extremely friendly and efficient. I have to shine a huge spot light on Steven Smith our Sales Rep, when I say efficient!! it doesn't even begin to describe how much knowledge and insight he was able to provide my husband and I. He had full knowledge on the jeep we got, also was able to show my husband all the perks of it. He made the experience even more worth it. For the simple fact he was so proactive, had everything ready and done within no time.

  So, after reading all the reviews on Brooklyn Jeep I decided to go and see what they could do for me. As I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcomed. I was then assisted by a salesman who shared my name (Michael) and he welcomed me and then asked me what I wanted in a car. He took notes as I spoke and then pointed me in the direction of a car that met all my needs and was in my budget. He then introduced me to both his sales manager Danny and Finance Manager Erik. They both explained everything to me about the car and the actual numbers. They both made everything easy to understand. Overall I had an amazing shopping experience and I will recommend them and this establishment!

  Eric Williams took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Eric Williams from Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I felt like my choices were heard and I was able to voice all my wants and needs in my vehicle. Eric was approachable and made the experience in leasing my truck enjoyable and with ease.

  I own my Jeep Wrangler for a year. Jeep was purchased in different place however oil change and all other maintenance I use to to in this place. My first visit with “ABS light on” was after 3 month I purchased a car. After off road riding I was tore some sensor located into a wheel. After diagnosis mechanic found a problem a says that of course it’s covered by the warranty. I was pleasantly surprised.. Second visit has been done after a year. I bended a catalytic converter and it was detached for the engine. I also had a big bend of once of the undercarriage cover but they are still fixed this by the warranty! I really appreciate this dealership for their support. Without it you can’t really enjoy your Wrangler :) Thank you!

  I would like to take the time to say "THANK YOU" for such wonderful service. I came to look and I walk out with a vehicle I absolutely enjoy at a price that fits my budget. An even bigger thanks to (Michael, Anton and Eric) for taking Extremely great care and being overly attentive to my needs. I would recommend this establishment to everyone I know. This is the type of customer service that will keep this business flourishing. This crew guide me every step of the way. I felt like I new these folks forever lol. From this day forth I will only do business at this establishment. GREAT WORK!
