  The sales rep Michael Ricketts was amazing. Such patience. He explained every detail of the deal. When it was time for me to drive off he helped me with any questions I had on top of showing me ALL of the features of the vehicle. He was super super patient. He didn’t look or treated me as if he was in a rush, he was very friendly to all coworkers. He ensured my comfort and offered me some coffee. I went shopping for an upgraded Escalade and left with a better deal, cost efficient and was able to have all of the features I desired in a vehicle. The guy in the financial dept was also very nice. We shared laughs, a couple of stories as he did his job by getting all of my paperwork together and making sure I was ok to walk off happily. Amazing staff, very professional and they work together to try to get u out ASAP. Definitely not shopping anywhere else for vehicles again. Thank u Bical.   We first visited the dealership 3 years ago, that's when we met Michael Ricketts. He was very helpful and pleasant we even sent our daughter and she purchased a vehicle also. Fast forward to today Michael still has the same work ethic. A very hard working young man. The whole team was great,(don't remember everyone's name) very professional and friendly. Our experience was a joy. The new dealership is very nice. The location is more convenient and accessible. We'll see you for our 1st service visit. Thank You

  I went over to this new Dealership not knowing what to expect and got nothing but great service. Soon as I walked in Sales rep Jason greeted me and my wife at the door and and was super nice and helpful. He didn't give no BS and tried to sell me some stories he was right to the point and got us numbers on a lease for a Brand new Chevrolet Tahoe and a Yukon Denali and compared the prices. I wasn't happy and said we need to work better numbers so the Manager Jamil came over sat down and he worked with us till we got the number that we were happy with. I must say they were both super respectable and never once gave me a hard time and would not leave the table till we could agree on a number. They had the car ready for me the same day and when I sat down with the financial guy in the back he was great and answered all my questions and I was all done in less than 20 mins and on my way home. I will say they gained a customer for life and I will gladly go back to purchase my second car from them in the next few months. I had an overall great experience with this dealership and they have a brand new building and beautiful show room. I would highly recommend going to see them because they had a large selection of cars. Thanks again BiCal Auto Mall of Brooklyn and looking forward to doing business with you.

  This placed is incredible... Huge showroom, great selection of any GM car or truck , and the best sales staff. Jamil, Dave, Matt and Phil you guys are awesome. The best of luck to all of you in your new home.

  Fantastic service Jamil & Dennis made my day they got me a awesome deal on my Chevy equinox. Plus the new location is beautiful the whole staff is super friendly I enjoy my experience.
